:: Glitter (Adobe Photoshop) ::
This is a photoshop text effect tutorial on how to make glitter glue-like text.

:: Preparing the text::
First, open a new document. Next type in some text you want to make it glitter. Make sure the text is bold, if it is not thick. Preferrably, use a font that looks hand-written.

:: Glitters! ::
Next, go to Filter>Noise>Add Noise. Make the amount of noise around 77%, Gussian and Monochromatic.

And this is what you get, see, it's as easy as ABC, and it takes only 2 steps.
