Andy and Aisha
Not much is is known, or developed in the Anime, since Aisha died shortly after her first appearance. But, one thing that is evident is that Andy cares for Aisha very much; in both series he keeps a picture of her close by.

Andy and Martin Da Costa
Martin is eternally at ends with his superior's somewhat odd interests, despite the great respect he holds of Waltfeld. Andy on the other hand, doesn't seem to see him any different from his surbordinate, though he jokes with him rather freely and trusts him alot.

Andy and Kira
He first met Kira Yamato, the pilot of the Strike, and Cagalli Yula Athha when they are sent to gather supplies by the Archangel and Desert Dawn. He grows fond of Kira, who is able to appreciate some of Waltfeld's unusual interests, but reveals that he knows exactly who Kira is and that makes the necessary confrontation between them more difficult. Following the encounter, his battle with Kira and the Strike results in the destruction of his LaGOWE, seemingly killing Waltfeld and Aisha, who was acting as his gunner. However, he does not seem to let this damper his fondness for Kira, since he was the one who forced Kira to do it and think that it was only right.
Kira, on the other hand, appears to respect him alot and was very upset when he supposedly killed Andy.

Andy and Cagalli
Their first encounter was kinda funny, with Andy approaching the twins with an agenda in mind and started aguing with her. Cagalli was upset and angry when she realised that he was the Desert Tiger. He mentioned that her eyes were beautiful yet they were filled with hatred. I don't know what he thinks of her, though, they don't have much contact with each other. However, there was one he was telling her off, something like telling her to launch if she can't protect herself.

Andy and Murrue
Their first meeting was kinda of awkward, after all, Murrue is the Captain of Archangel, a EAF assualt ship and he is the ZAFT's Desert Tiger and they fought each other once. However, after the Bloody Valentine War, Andy has taken up residence in the Orb Union with Murrue Ramius who also lost a lover in the war. They appeared to be quite close and Andy kept trying his caffeine experiments on her and seemed to have figured out her taste. When Reverend Malchio's orphanage was destroyed by the fall of Junius 7, Andy and Murrue opened their home to Malchio and his orphans. Murrue and Andy have taken it upon themselves to guard and protect Kira and Lacus while they all care for the orphans. As an additive protection measure, his new cybernetic prosthetic arm conceals a shotgun.

Andy and Lacus
Andy supports Lacus and is a prominent member of the Terminal, with Lacus as the head. He appears to respect her, her ideas and decision and protects her often. Lacus, on the other hand, appears to respect him alot too.
